U10G Parent/Player Survey

Hello Parents and Players I have a short (unsanctioned*) survey I'd appreciate your input on, I'd like to use the results to determine how we are doing and also if there is any interest in Spring League soccer... please eMAIL your answers to me, thanks in advance!
