Last Practice of 2005
At the last LISA u10g practice of 2005 Santa and Elf-'m' made a surprise appearance and where greeted by 5 members of the u10g training squad. A number of players where unavailable due to their participation in the BaysU and Peninsula indoor tournaments that where also scheduled for the Dec 17/18th weekend. 
Elf-'m' handed out candy-canes to whoever had been 'good' this past season!
Following the festive-'season greetings' the players settled in for a number of drills that where to highlight shooting and ball movement 'inside the box'. All the girls also took turns in guarding the net!
Following her goalie session with Coach BobS, MichaelaF [LH] took on the LISA u10gs in 1v1 and 2v1 situations!
(below) Coach BobS guarded the near post and coached from 'up close' !
Following the practice Coach Bob 'high fived' the players! With his height the girls really had to JUMP!
